1. Usage License

Yalitech grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited privilege to use TalosCV for the purpose of creating and exporting professional resumes/CVs (Curriculum Vitae).

2. User Responsibility & Content

• Accuracy: You are solely responsible for the accuracy, truthfulness, and legality of the information you enter into your CV. TalosCV is a tool for formatting data, not verifying it.
• Data Loss: Since TalosCV stores data locally on your device, Yalitech is not responsible for any data loss that occurs if you uninstall the app, clear app data, or lose your device. We recommend exporting your PDFs regularly.

3. PDF Generation & Export

The application allows you to generate PDF files based on your data.

• The PDFs generated are for your personal and professional use.
• Free users may be required to watch an advertisement (Rewarded Ad) to unlock the PDF download feature.

4. Intellectual Property

The app itself, including the code, design templates, and branding, belongs to Yalitech. However, the content you input and the final PDF output containing your personal data belong to you.

5. Changes to Terms

We may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes.
