Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the Spycam Detector Pro: Security mobile application.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using the app, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application and remove it from your device.

2. License and Lawful Use

Yalitech grants you a limited license to use the application for personal and lawful purposes only. Using the application to violate others' privacy, conduct illegal eavesdropping, or record images without permission is strictly prohibited. The user accepts all legal liability arising from the use of the application.

3. Disclaimer (Sensor Sensitivity)

Spycam Detector Pro: Security uses your phone's hardware sensors to analyze magnetic fields, optical reflections, and network signals in the environment.

Important Warning:

This application is not professional security equipment (detector) and does not guarantee 100% detection. Electrical cables, metal objects, or other electronic devices may cause false positives. Yalitech cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from undetected hidden devices or incorrect detections (false alarms).

4. Data Loss

Scan history and log records are stored in your device's local database. In case of app deletion, device reset, or technical malfunctions, this data may be permanently lost. Yalitech is not responsible for local data losses.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be notified via the application or through this page.
