At Yalitech ("we", "us"), we value your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how your data is processed when you use the Spycam Detector Pro: Security mobile application.

Summary

Our application does not send camera footage, audio recordings, or location data to our servers. All analyses (magnetic, optical, acoustic) are performed instantly on your device.

1. Permissions and Sensor Usage

The application requires the following permissions to perform its functions:

  • Camera: Used for "Optical Lens Detection" and "AR Mode" features to detect infrared reflections or suspicious objects around you. Images are not recorded or shared.
  • Microphone: Used for the "Acoustic Analysis" feature to analyze high-frequency sounds (like Coil Whine) in the environment. No audio recording is performed; only the instantaneous frequency spectrum is processed.
  • Location and Bluetooth: Used for the "Network & Signal Scanner" feature to detect surrounding Wi-Fi networks and Bluetooth (BLE) devices (e.g., AirTags, hidden listening devices). Your location data is not stored on any external server.
  • Magnetic Sensor: Used to measure the electromagnetic field intensity in the environment using your device's magnetometer.

2. Data Collection

Personal Data: Spycam Detector Pro: Security does not collect any direct identity information (name, email, phone, etc.) from its users.

Scan History: Scan results (Logs) saved within the application are kept in your device's local memory. When you delete the application, this data is also deleted.

3. Third-Party Services

Our application uses the Google AdMob advertising service to provide free service. These services may collect some anonymous data (Advertising ID, device type, etc.) from your device.
