By downloading, accessing, or using the CaloVoice mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Medical Disclaimer

Important Health Warning:

CaloVoice is NOT a medical device. The calorie calculations, macro analysis, and nutritional data provided are estimates for informational purposes only. This App is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. You should consult with a physician or qualified health professional before beginning any diet or exercise program. Reliance on the App is solely at your own risk.

2. AI Technology & Accuracy

The App uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) to analyze voice and text inputs. By using this feature, you acknowledge that:

  • AI is Experimental: AI models may occasionally produce incorrect or misleading results ("hallucinations").
  • Verification Required: We cannot guarantee 100% accuracy of calorie counts or food identification. You are responsible for verifying the data manually before logging it.

3. Recipes & Nutritional Information

The app provides recipe suggestions and meal ideas based on diet types (e.g., Keto, Low Carb).

  • Allergy Warning: Ingredients listed in recipes may contain common allergens (nuts, dairy, gluten, etc.). You are responsible for checking ingredients to ensure they are safe for your consumption.
  • Preparation: Cooking methods and ingredient brands may vary, affecting the final nutritional value. The macro values shown are estimates.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

CaloVoice offers optional Premium subscriptions managed via Apple App Store or Google Play Store ("Stores").

  • Billing: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Cancellation: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your device's Account Settings. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
  • Refunds: All refund requests are handled directly by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies. We cannot issue refunds directly.

5. Advertisements

The free version of the App is supported by advertisements provided by Google AdMob. By using the free version, you agree to receive such advertising. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements or websites.

6. Account & Data Security

You agree to provide accurate information (such as age, weight, height) to ensure the App functions correctly. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time via the "Settings" menu.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its code, design, logos, and content, is the property of CaloVoice. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial use.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CaloVoice shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the App, including but not limited to health-related issues or data loss.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
